Description
English: Infection-induced changes in cellular shape. Actin-GFP (Clonetech)-expressing cells were infected and a series of z-stacks was acquired every hour using an Olympus spinning disc microscope. The pictures were 3-dimensional remodeled using the Imaris software. Shown is one representative cell undergoing morphological changes.
