Summary[edit]
DescriptionAlways use a food thermometer to check temp while cooking.webm |
English: A girl watches her mother cook a hamburger patty in a skillet on the cooktop. The mother is dressed like a superhero. Suddenly, a man flies into the kitchen from the right side. He is also dressed like a superhero and holds a large food thermometer. The woman uses a spatula to hold the hamburger patty over the skillet, and the man inserts the food thermometer into the side of the patty. The temperature is 160 degrees Fahrenheit, the correct temperature for food safety.
