Description
English: Non-muscle myosin 2 localization in an early L4 male. NMY-2::GFP forms a cap at the cell cortex at the posterior end of the tail tip syncytium as it is rounding and changing shape. NMY-2::GFP can also be seen at the tips of the developing rays.
