Deutsch: Für die in im 19. Jahrhundert in Hannover tätige Mercur Privat-Stadtbrief-Expedition im Jahr 1897 von der lithographischen Kunst- und Verlags-Anstalt A. Molling & Comp. Commandit-Gesellschaft zum hundertsten Geburtstag des verstorbenen Kaiser Wilhelm I. produzierte Bildkarte mit drei von Eichenlaubzweigen umrankten Brustbildern des Verblichenen aus den Jahren 1814, 1843 und 1888. Im Hintergrund das anlässlich des Sieges 1871 über Frankreich aufgestellte triumphale Kriegerdenkmal am Emmichplatz. Unten links sind zwei von dem Berliner Geschichtslehrer und Schriftsteller Hans Meyer gedichtete Strophen des 1887 durch den Komponisten Theodor Krause vertonten Liedes
