Automated transclusion of chemistry related DR proposed[edit]

See MediaWiki talk:AjaxQuickDelete.js#Additional transclusion to WikiProject subpage. --Leyo 08:37, 31 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

✓ Done, on your talk page. -- RE rillke questions? 18:37, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The script is now available in User:Leyo/del-chem.js. It can be imported or copy/pasted into the own common.js using importScript("User:Leyo/del-chem.js");.
For admins, it enables the DelReqHandler gadget for Commons:WikiProject Chemistry/Deletion requests. Thanks to Rillke for his work. --Leyo 16:49, 25 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

TOC[edit]

I don't know an good solution on how to avoid this and this. One possibility would be to put __NOTOC__. --Leyo 09:30, 3 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Can the .js be made to insert at the start of section 1 rather than at the start of the whole page? If so, we could just have a == Files for discussion == parallel construct to the with the __TOC__ before it. That would make a nice parallel construct to the == Categories for discussion == later, and also be reasonable to have a second-level header for the DR entries, which are third-level headers. I had a discussion about this issue (in German) with the Rillke. In conclusion, to prepend (or append) a new line to a page is much simpler than to load the content of the page, analyze it and put the new line to the right place. There is also a potential for edit conflicts.
I don't know if it would be possible to adapt .delh MediaWiki:Common.css in a way that this problem can be avoided. --Leyo 23:28, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
