Problems?[edit]
Just noticed some edits with this tag by this user, all of which are problematic. Note the odd theme? โ Rhododendrites talk |ย 19:25, 19 September 2020 (UTC)

- @Rhododendrites: The fact that some kind of bad edit is mostly done through one interface doesn't mean that interface is mostly used to do bad editing. ๐๐ค๐ฏ๐บ๐ช๐ค๐๐๐ท๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐บ๐ด๐๐๐ฐ (๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ ) 16:16, 30 September 2020 (UTC)

- @Rhododendrites: As said on the project page, the only thing "suggested" by Suggested Edits is the pages to be edited. The user then enters their captions or statements themself. ๐๐ค๐ฏ๐บ๐ช๐ค๐๐๐ท๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐บ๐ด๐๐๐ฐ (๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ ) 16:25, 30 September 2020 (UTC)

The impact of Suggested Edits on Commons: findings and discussion[edit]

Can we make it more useful?[edit]
I noticed a suggested edit on one of my files uploaded. Here a newbie added a caption in German to a file I uploaded. This is a photo of a stadium of a small amateur club in Ukraine, not currently used even in Ukrainian Wikipedia (but I will probably use it one day). I don't think any German-language project will ever use, so the added value of this caption is next to none.
Can we perhaps limit suggested edits to files used in any wiki in given language? For instance, I uploaded File:Kharkiv University2.jpg which is used in German Wikipedia, a German caption for this file could have been really useful โ NickK (talk) 08:10, 29 August 2021 (UTC)
