I.: Improve infrastructure

• groom files and categories and create useful categories, maybe create Category:flat categories (Cat. group)
• Create Galleries (Œuvre galleries) and collections/inventories)
• improve Commons:WikiProject Arts/Manual of Style/Categories
• Create policies in the context of usage and general practises
• Create manuals, esp. in terms of Wikidata reuse and implementation (tech stuff)
• plan and perform outreaches (we need more members)
• etc. pp.

II.: Quality

Commons:WikiProject Arts/Quality control in a nutshell: Unfortunately, the Commons content is currently far from perfect as the quality is concerned. This refers to the art-related inventory as well ...

• Sort files (set/edit categories), e.g. Category:Media needing categories.
• Format files, esp. with templates and defaultsort.
• Create categories (home categories and sub-categories) (→ Manual of Style).
• Sort files and galleries by setting/editing categories.
• Provide sufficient descriptions to files, categories and galleries, at least in the English language.
• Upload missing files.
• Create missing galleries and categories.
• Add content to gallery pages.
• Check the licenses and edit if needed.
• Set interwiki links (other Wikimedia projects which are related to a gallery or category) — least important.
