Oppose I oppose for two reasons. First, as I said, I think the illumination of a building is in general not worth a scope. Of course, the building itself would be fine for a scope. Secondly, from what I understand, the colour of the illumination depends on which team plays in the stadium, and here only the Bayern Munich livery (red) is represented (apparently there are at least two other, the blue one for the TSV 1860 Munich and the white one for the national team). Comment I think this particular stadium and its illumination is sufficiently notable to warrant its own scope. You second argument about completeness, however, is more substantial.
