Images must be uploaded between May 24 and September 10. End time 23.59 CEST.
The image must be taken by the uploader in Sweden.
Images competing in one of the five municipalities must be clearly marked so.
The uploader must add their email address when registering on Wikimedia Commons so that we can contact her/him if they would win.
When uploading the contest participant must add the URL to the historical image on Europeana so that it is possible to compare with the contemporary view.
Photos of public art younger than 150 years are not eligible in the competition.
Staff and board members of Wikimedia Sverige are not eligible for prizes.
Process
The jury will pick a winner and a runner up in each city.
The winner and the runner up from each city proceeds to the national contest.
The jury will then pick the national winner.
