The federal state of Germany "Nordrhein-Westfalen" has its official name in German and as the article Nordrhein-Westfalen of Wikimedia Commons uses the german name, so should do this Category of Wikimedia Commons (having redirections from the English and other translations of the name to Category:Nordrhein-Westfalen).
Should it be Category:Nordrhein-Westfalen according to the name of the state or has it to be Category:North Rhine-Westphalia according to its English translation?
