Category talk:Cartoons by year

This is a useful category, but seems very underused. I would like to suggest changing the format of the cartoon years to the form Year cartoons (Eg, "Category:1921 cartoons") rather than Cartoons in year (eg "Category:Cartoons in 1921") as it is at present. The proposed change would make the names shorter and better match categories for newspapers, photographs, etc (eg, "Category:1921 works", "Category:1921 newspapers").
