The Zhegalkin array is an infinite binary array. (It is the infinite array of Gray code powers modulo 2.)
Its ${\displaystyle 2^{n}\times 2^{2^{n}}}$ top left corners can be called Zhegalkin matrices.
They contain the truth tables of all n-ary Boolean functions,
and can be expressed as Zhegalkin permutations (row n of  A197819).
