Deutsch: Die überparteiliche Theodor-Heuss-Stiftung wurde 1964 nach dem Tod von Theodor Heuss auf Initiative von Hildegard Hamm-Brücher und Heuss’ Sohn Ernst Ludwig Heuss gegründet. Die Stiftung vergibt seit 1965 alljährlich den Theodor-Heuss-Preis, um bürgerschaftliche Initiative und Zivilcourage zu fördern.
