English: The Swartzell, Rheem and Hensey Company Building, formerly known as the Playhouse Theatre, is located at 727 15th Street NW in downtown Washington, D.C. The building was designed by Paul J. Pelz and completed in 1908. The newer addition was built in 1984. It is a contributing property to the Financial Historic District.
