English: Selkirk Settlers Monument, installed in September 2008,commemorates the Scottish immigrants that settled in the Red River Valley in the 1810s. It is located within the roundabout at the intersection of Waterfront Drive and Bannatyne Avenue. A matching monument, The Emigrants, was installed in Helmsdale, Scotland in July 2007.
