Richard Halls (1906-1976), American illustrator and poster artist. Mr. Halls served in the US Army during the Second World War in the Pacific Theater. His responsibilities included map making. During the Depression he produced art for the WPA. He also taught for many year at Farmingdale State College, formerly known as SUNY Farmingdale.
