Category:Invalid SVG created with Adobe Illustrator:Locator maps-Latvia

TUBS likes it to upload files full of garbage. Without the useless enbedded raster image, and the useless PGF CDATA, it gives a file of less than the half size, and without W3C errors.

See for an example Gulbene in Latvia.svg where the garbage is removed (638575 → 311906 bytes).
The same done with all the 119 Latvia maps would save a lot of disc space (~39 MB less: 37 MB instead of 76 MB).
