The Hand of God (Latin: Manus Dei), Hand of Providence (Latin: Manus Providentiae), or Outstretched Hand (Latin: Manus Porrecta). Symbol of God the Father in Christian iconography, often shown emerging from a cloud and/or with first two fingers extended. Not to be confused with a Slavic quasi-pagan symbol of similar name. This category is just for the Hand of God motif, not for hands from God depicted as a full human figure.
