The Asociación Española de Ejecutivas y Consejeras (EJECON o EJE&CON) is a Spanish non-profit organization that aims to value non-gender talent as a way to enhance equality of opportunities between women and men and to increase the benefits for companies, as well as to carry out practical actions so that access to women to managerial positions is a reality. EJECON was created in 2015 and by the end of 2017 it already had 400 directives registered as members.
