Deutsch: Dunkeld (Dùn Chailleann in Gälisch) ist eine Kleinstadt am Fluss Tay in den Schottischen Highlands. Der Ort liegt etwa zwei Kilometer nördlich des Dorfes Birnam, das in William Shakespeares Drama Macbeth als Birnam Wood eine wichtige Rolle spielt.

English: Dunkeld (from Dùn Chailleann in Scottish Gaelic) is a small town in Strathtay, Perth and Kinross, Scotland, approximately 15 miles north of Perth on the eastern side of the A9 road into the Scottish Highlands and on the opposite (north) side of the Tay from the Victorian village of Birnam. Dunkeld and Birnam share a railway station, (Dunkeld and Birnam railway station) on the Highland Main Line. Population 1,170 (2004).

Norsk bokmål: Dunkeld ( skotsk gælisk Dùn Chailleann) er en liten by i Strathtay, Perth and Kinross, Skottland, omtrent 24 km nord for Perth ved A9 vegen i det skotske høylandene og på den motsatte (nordlige) siden av elven Tay fra den viktorianske landsbyen Birnam. Dunkeld og Birnan deler jernbanestasjon. Byen har et sterkt historisk preg, og National Trust for Scotland har flere eiendommer der.
