The Down Town Association Building at 60 Pine Street between Pearl and William Streets in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1886-87 and was designed by Charles C. Haight in the Romanesque Revival style, with an eastern addition built in 1910-11 designed by Warren & Wetmore which echoes the design of the original building. The Down Town Association was one of New York's earliest private men's clubs. It was designated a NYC landmark in 1997. (Source: Guide to NYC Landmarks (4th ed.)
