In 1953 the atelier Faget & Varnet developed a prototype from a Delahaye type 135 MS rolling chassis from 1949 (801 029) and a stock of body panels from origin Facel Vega. The design is completely original even if we can detect reminders of the type 235. Planned for the Paris Salon of 1953, the prototype was never exhibited there and remained the property of Jean Faget before being offered to the [ [:en:Philippe Charbonneaux Source
