Das abgebildete Material befindet sich großenteils in der Handbibliothek des WikiAlpenforums, die ursprünglich im Münchner Wikipediabüro etabliert war, dazu Fotos von Literatur mit WAF-Bezug im Archiv und in der Bibliothek des Alpinen Museums in München, in der Bayerischen Staatsbibliothek, in den Staatlichen Regionalbibliotheken Bayerns und bei WAF-Kooperationspartnern, außerdem Wanderkarten, historische Karten, Faltblätter und Broschüren.
Die meisten abgebildeten Print-Elemente sind ausleihbar, nähere Hinweise dazu auf der WAF-Seite Literatur.

Maps, Photos, Books to topics which have been included in various Wikipedia projects within the framework of the WikiAlpenForum. The material shown is largely in the reference library of the WikiAlpenForum, which originally was in the Wikipedia office in Munich, Also included are photos of literature pertinent to WAF-topics in the archives and library of the Alpine Museum in Munich, in the Bavarian State Library, in the Regional Bavarian Statelibraries and other Cooperation Partners of WAF. Additionally, hikers‘ maps, historical maps and brochures.
