693-697 Broadway, also known as 2-6 West 4th Street, in the NoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, sometimes known as the Merchant's Building, was built in 1908 and designed by William C. Frohne. The steel-fram Beaux-Arts building is faced with limestone, brick and terra-cotta, and is decorated with owls. It is located in the NoHo Historic District.
