English: This brick building at 2114 to 6 Western Avenue was originally built in 1903 by Benjamin T. Tilton of the Merchants Transfer Co. for use as a boarding stable for horses, known as the Rainier Boarding & Feed Stable. It later served as a private garage for the nearby state Armory and today houses loft apartments and the Elliott Bay bicycle shop.
