Industrial vs. intellectual property

The template incorrectly incorporated the text of a law on industrial property which has nothing to do with intellectual property or copyright for the sake of simplicity. Coat of arms, etc., are not necessarily in the public domain unless they can be under one or more of the conditions established in the intellectual property law (i. e. old enough). @Bedivere:Buenas, con respecto a este tema, ese "PD-VenezuelaGov" se aplica para Logos relacionados con el sector público, banderas y escudos de Armas en Venezuela por que son inelegibles del "Copyright" (por ejemplo:Commons:Deletion requests/File:Coat of arms of Caracas (2022).png y Commons:Deletion requests/File:Alcaldía BMUracoa (2021-2025).jpg) por eso ese PD-VenezuelaGov está totalmente correcta.

El comentario era por la versión anterior de la plantilla que sugería que, porque no se podía registrar como marca un escudo, era de dominio público, mezclando propiedad industrial con intelectual. Ahora está correcta. Bedivere (talk) 19:56, 9 March 2024 (UTC)
