Please modify template to the version that includes the full quote from the Law; as edited at Template:PD-South-Africa-exempt/sandbox. And makes it clearer in bullet form. See 1 and 2 and Commons:Copyright rules by territory/South Africa for references.

The code is as follows that I request it to be changed to:
