Valid PD template?

What exactly do you want? This template Template:PD-1923 also has no sources so delete it too. Do you want to only verify that this is truth or do you really want to add references to the template? Feel free to read en:Japanese copyright law or corresponding document on English wikisource or at Japanese wikisource or at Copyright Research and Information Center website to be sure that it is all right. This template does not have following mentions. "It was in the public domain in its home country on the URAA date (January 1, 1996 for most countries)".This template contravenes."That are in the public domain in at least the United States and in the source country of the work".--Y.haruo (talk) 16:24, 1 May 2014 (UTC)

Language problem

This template is in English even if you display Commons in any of the other languages that this template is provided in. Why? --Stefan4 (talk) 14:33, 14 December 2011 (UTC)
