Currently, this template uses a custom version of the license review template, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense since it doesn't include a date, but then says "on that date". I modified the subtemplate so that it can take a date parameter, so please change:

to
{{#ifeq:{{{status}}}|confirmed|{{Indian navy/confirmed|1={{{reviewer|{{{user}}}}}}|2={{{date|}}}}}|{{Indian navy/notconfirmed}}}}
(this edit also adds |user= as an alias to |reviewer= to match with {{LicenseReview}}, and specifically calls out the numbered parameters in case a user name or date is written with an equals sign). --Ahecht (TALK
