Not all audio files are "sound recordings". Sounds accompanying a motion picture or other audiovisual work are not sound recordings under U.S. copyright law.
Text of a warning about sound recordings shared by several different license templates. Please base your translation on "en" version. Also, please do not use directly in the File: namespace.
