This template should be used in the file namespace only, please do not use it in the category or gallery namespace, since it is written to refer an individual image, not a collection of images. {{FOP-buildings-category warning}} is available as a customisable warning notice for categories of buildings.
This is not a speedy deletion template, and the addition of this template to an image does not necessarily mean it should be deleted.
