This template is used for Media at the limit of COM:TOO, expecially for uploaders who are unsure if there uploaded (not own) images are PD. Since it produces workload it should only be added to few pictures in the gray area or to pictures with controversial opinions about TOO.
The template automatically sets the following categories: Category:Media should be checked if it is below the threshold of originality
