Johannes Baltzer (* 4. Dezember 1862 in Bielefeld; † 25. Juni 1940 in Lübeck) war ein deutscher Architekt, Stadtplaner, Baubeamter, und Denkmalpfleger in Lübeck. Er entwarf dort in den Jahren nach 1900 eine Vielzahl von öffentlichen Gebäuden.
