Licencovani

Dobry den, nerad bych Vami nahrane soubory navrhoval na smazani, ale nekterym Vasim souborum chybi zasadni informace o jejich pudovu. Priklady:

• File:Bucovice map y-1860.jpg - zdroj?
• File:Babicka-1924-A.jpg - prosim mrknete od kodu, jakou jsem tam dal licenci. Take jsem upravil autora a rok vydani
• File:Soucek Zdenek 1965.jpg - zdroj?
• File:Rajhrad probošt.jpg - zdroj?
• File:Kojatky school 1916.png - zdroj?
• File:Babicka-19.jpg + vsechny fotografie z galerie. V popisku pisete, je jsou z roku 1924, ale pak pisete o vydani z roku 1934
• File:Harbuval Anton&Anna Woraczizky.jpg - zdroj? Nelze to mit jako CC-BY-SA, bude to spis neco jako PD

Prosim mrknete na to. Ty zdroje jsou dulezite k tomu, aby slo dokazat ze to je volne dilo. Dosud jste fotograife uvolnoval pod CC-BY-SA, nicmene reprodukci dvojrozmerneho dila nevznika narok na uvolneni techto del pod volnou licenci. @Zemanst: OK, nejake licence jsem jeste doopravil. Prosim neuvadejte se jako autor u del, ktere naskenujete nebo vyfotite - prefocenim dvourozmerneho ddila autorsky vklad nevznika podle WMF. Jediny soubor, kde mi licence nehraje, je tento: File:Soucek Zdenek 1965.jpg. Je to z Vaseho rodinneho archivu? Vyfotil jste tu fotografii sam? Vážený kolego, k připomínce obrázku File:Soucek Zdenek 1965.jpg. Fotografie skutečně pochází z rodinného archivu, neboť jednak je to můj vzdálený příbuzný a jeho život polárního badatele je popsán v [2] a jednak vámi rozporovanou fotografii do rodinného archivu poskytla jeho sestra, Jiřina Járská (✞ 2002) a s dalšími obrázky z mého archivu byly použity v [3]. Zdeněk Souček zemřel 24.12.1967 na polární expedici v Antarktidě. Je pohřben na ostrově Macquarie.
K připomínce obrázku File:General Josef Dostal.jpg . Jeho osoba a životní osudy protinacistického odbojáře jsou popsány v článku [4]. Byl popraven 13.4.1945 a pohřben v Lipsku [5]. Obrázek pochází z volného zdroje [6]. Byl rovněž publikován v Brigid Sack, Uvězněn, Popraven; Politická justice v Drážďanech 1933-1945||1945-1957, Stiftung Sächsische Gedankstätten, Gedankstätte München Platz Dresden, 2014 . Na tomto projekt, s mou účastí, se podílelo Židovské muzeum v Praze, úsek dokumentace a evidence sbírek. Takže asi moji chybou bylo že jsem komplikovanou grafickou úpravu pro tisk, ze zmíněného zdroje, považoval za autorskou verzi obrázku. Takže nápravu vidím ve vložení relevantního odkazu na zdroj [7]. Dobrý den, až teď mi došlo, že Stzeman jste rovněž Vy. Čili:

File:Soucek Zdenek 1965.jpg - upravil jsem autora, prosím mrkněte na to. U všech fotografií se totiž jako autor uvádíte Vy, což jak se ukazuje není tak úplně pravda

File:General Josef Dostal.jpg - no ale server valka.cz uvádí, že "Určeno jen pro osobní použití. Jakákoli další publikace bez předchozího písemného souhlasu autora je zakázána, včetně přetištění nebo distribuce jakéhokoli materiálu nebo části materiálu zveřejněného na stránkách s doménou valka.cz [...]". Tam se nepíše nic o tom, že se jedná o volný zdroj, jak tvrdíte Vy. Nicméně na základě Vašeho vysvětlení se dá usuzovat, že se jedná o anonymní dílo publikované před více než 70 lety, čili se bude jednat o volné dílo. Čili návrh na smazání jsem uzavřel a odstrnail.

K tomu autorství: pokud přefotíte / přeskenujete dvourozměrné dílo, nejedná se o dostatečný autorský vklad na to, abyste se mohl prohlašovat za autora. Si představte, že byste vyfotil třeba Havla, fotku vytiskl a já bych přišel, vytištěnou fotku vyfotil a pak ji nahrál sem s tím, že jsem autor fotografie. Je možné někde zmínit samozřejmě, že jste to přefotil či přeskenoval Vy, ale jinak je potřeba uvádět původní autory. U trojrozměrných děl (sochy, busty, památníky...) to je samozřejmě jiné, tam už ten autorský vklad fotografa je, protože převádí 3D dílo na 2D dílo a ta fotka bude vždy jiná podle toho kdo ji fotil, z jakého úhlu apod. No a jelikož nejste autorem té fotografie, nelze ji šířít pod svobodnou licencí CC-BY-SA. Ve Vašem případě se může jednat o volné dílo, pokud ty fotografie mají anonymního autora a byly publikovány před 70 lety. V případě známého autora je potřeba, aby uplynulo 70 let od jeho smrti, aby ta fotografie mohla být považována za volné dílo a mohli jsme ji ponechat na Commons. @Podzemnik: Zdravím vás. Výklad pravidel licencování, obecně dodržují, nicméně obrázek tam byl umístěn v roce 2016, ve stavu jaký byl a žádná tehdy existující revize pochybení nezaznamenala. To, že je starší 70 let bylo od počátku evidentní (viz [8]). Nicméně vám děkuji za vstřícnost. --Zemanst (talk) 11:31, 21 October 2020 (UTC)

Coins from the Ptolemaic period, deposited in museums and published in numerous publications, are not subjected to any license. In a specific case, the used coin is published in the catalog "J.Svoronos. Ta Nomismata tou Kratous ton Ptolemaion. Athens, 1904–1908" Other sources are in the museum Coins from the Ptolemaic period, deposited in museums and published in numerous publications are not subject to any license, eg. Museo archeologico nazionale (Florence), ;File:Collection of william currie 15 egitto, tolomeo I, pentadracma, 323-285 ac ca..JPG, on Commons; resp. in unlicensed resources [9] and the like.
