Help with a Picture[edit]

Hi Yuval, i uploaded a pic yesterday, and you make an observation on the picture (http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Image:Duracell_Power_Pix_Wiki.jpg). i'd like to know if i can use the picture or i'll need to delete it and upload again.

P.s. unfortunatly i used the wrong license (2.0) but i should have put "my own work 2.5 for brazil" as seen on the other pictures i uploaded. i could find the way to change it. could you help to please?

But, since i took the picture with my own camera and the batteries are mine, how could this be a derivative work? could explain me the right way to do this please? Do you think if i take the picture of the batteries without the pack, it could work as my own work?

I invited Annalisa into wiki, she's very experienced about horses and horsemanship but - so far - unexperienced about wiki, and, as you know, wiki is far from a simple issue. I'm trying to tutorize her at my best, but her first contribution into it.wikisource turned out a real disaster ... she met the worst side of wiki: hurting comments, "group aggression", and so on. So... I know by experience that here you are much kinder, as I saw fron your comments and suggestions, but please let me the time to help her, and, if possible, help me to help her: write your comments into my user talk page. Urgent help on Israeli stamps![edit]

Hi Yuval! i was adding DOZENS of Israeli Stamps to Commons in the recent months as well as transfering some from the Hebrew WP, i placed all with the template

This template must not be used to dedicate an uploader's own work to the public domain; CC0 should be used instead.

This work must carry justifications for free usability in both the United States and its country of origin.

Suddenly 2 nights ago ALL of them were removed by an admin (User:ChristianBier)saying Israeli stamps are NOT PD (as Israel does not appear on the Commons:Stamps/Public domain. I was not aware of the existance of that page before, but i am amazed that someone just deletes a whole bunch of items without sending a question or warning to the uploader and ignoring the fact that according to the Hewberw WP they are in PD??? I was not informed about any rrecent change/discussion on this matter. My questions: 1. how can all the stamps be restored? 2. According to this w:he:ויקיפדיה:זכויות יוצרים#מותר ללא הגבלה Israeli stamps are PD, is there a need for further clarification on this issue? I contacted User:Deror avi and he just claimed that the rules that apply here might differ on the Hebrew WP. I am currently creating an appropriate PD template for Israeli stamps (the user User:drork already created a template for Israeli banknotes). I appreciate your quick help and advice. Hi Yuval, i already contacted User:Deror avi, and he just said that Commons policy might differ from the Hebrew Wiki policy. I think he did not bother to check what was deleted and why, please take the time and check it, i'll help in any way i can. I am convinced the other admin was doing something wrong and i don't understand why no one cares to double check (i also wrote him about it on his talk page, but he did not bother to answer). I have a really bad feeling about this, if someone can just remove a large amount of content without discussion ang ignoring written guidelines and no one is willing to check if he acted according to the guidelines, why should i bother uploading stuff to here???
