Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Category name

For Category:Images of Yoruba orthography standardisation committee inauguration is there any particular reason to have "Images of" as part of the category name? We don't usually do that. - Jmabel ! talk 02:07, 28 February 2024 (UTC)

We use "Images from" to indicate that a particular collection or institution is the source of the images, but clearly that is not what is going on here. - Jmabel ! talk 02:11, 28 February 2024 (UTC)

But that isn't an institution (like a GLAM), it's an event, and the event is not a source, it's where the pictures were taken. I'll try cleaning this up, & I hope the result will be OK with you. - Jmabel ! talk 15:51, 28 February 2024 (UTC)
