Flickr Uploads - Manual Review[edit]

Hello Yeeno, I did a few Flickr uploads where the FlickreviewR 2 bot is saying a human review is needed. I uploaded using the Upload Wizard tool so not sure why these were so special, but if you have the time - I was wondering if you could do the review of the following:

@Diddykong1130: ✓ Done: It's because they were marked on Flickr with the PDM, which indicates the images are already in the public domain without explaining why. The consensus on Commons is that we can treat these images as public domain only if they were uploaded to Flickr by their author (which is the case here for the US army and OSU), hence the requirement for manual review. CropTool[edit]

Hello. I don't understand why when I open the CropTool to crop the whole uncropped (not already cropped) image, it said that "Enter the URL or filename for an image you would like to crop", which means that I only crop for the images that already cropped. Can you explain this problem?
