Hello Yannick and welcome to "Commons". As you probably know alredy I'm (SunCode) is using the nick "Solkoll" at the wikipedias. I hope you will upload more fractal movies (and images?) to here. If you ever need any help?, like deleting a upload that was wrong, renaming a media file and such (coz of typos or miss-spellnings) then let me know because I'm one of the sysops here. - Indeed, I have some candidates for speedy deletion, typos and bad naming:
- * Image:06-inside a moth.ogg
- * Image:Fractal-zoom-1-03-Mandelbrot Buzzsaw.mpg.ogg
- I could upload the rest of the Movie Pack 1 but the m:video policy seems to be against massive upload of very similar content. I must admit that not all the interesting regions make interesting zooming movies. Either I upload them and let you delete what you think is too boring or I simply wait more better regions to be submitted (I should have deep zooming working soon). Thanks for the comment about my web-based zoomer! : )

- Oki-doki, i kill those images =) (Put a colon, as I did here, before the name and it will make a normal link to the pic-page instead of showing it.) Best is not to upload to much of the same stuff. But if you make a better one than those you already uploded, then please upload anyway =) If it is getting "massive" by time, then we can try to pic some of those who are simmlair to outhers for deletion. // Solkoll 19:29, 15 May 2005 (UTC)
Video contest[edit]
Hi YGingras! I'm one of the organizers of the video contest Videos für Wikipedia-Artikel in the German Wikipedia which aims at including more videos into Wikipedia articles. The topic of our contest is "Digital Society". I discovered that your video "Fractal-zoom-1-15-rupture" is included in the German article called Mandelbrot-Menge. Therefor I want to invite you to participate with this video in the contest. The procedure is very easy: You would just have to add the template {{Video für Wikipedia-Artikel 2014}}.
