Image:Brat Albert.JPG deletion

Hi, I notice you tagged this for speedy deletion. Given that I don't speak Polish I would prefer this to be listed on Commons:Deletion requests rather than "speedied". If what you said is correct, and I have no reason to believe otherwise, the image should in the end be deleted. But speedy deletion is only for very clear cases. You could contact an administrator who speaks Polish and ask them to speedy delete it, but I don't think a week's possible debate would hurt. Also, it would be good to contact the uploader in cases like these. Perhaps they don't understand this aspect of copyright law and would agree that they don't hold the copyright. You were helping!! Please don't feel discouraged. I'm sorry if my message came off as rude or abrupt. It's just that I don't feel comfortable deleting something which is in Polish. As I said a Polish speaking admin could speedy delete it if they looked at it, but not too many admins look at speedy deletions. So it would actually be speedier to list it the normal way.
