Wann und durch wen wird es denn geklärt? Laut Einigungsvertrag gilt das bundesdeutsche Urheberrecht. Damit wäre dann auch DDR-Behördliches gemeinfrei (siehe hier: [1]). Die Akten und Unterlagen der DDR-Behörden sind in den Besitz ihrer BRD-Pendants übergegangen und werden, im Umgang damit, von diesen wie eigene behandelt.
