Do not create another Deletion Request on this file. The file is in use and your position is not in accordance with Commons policy.

If you do this again, you will be blocked from editing here.

Also note that it is a violation of Commons rules to use both your named account and an IP address to discuss the same subject, as you did with this file. That, also, is an offense for which you may be blocked. .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 14:55, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Jim,

I am sorry but I dont agree with your decision to keep the incorrect file in use. I have tried to contact wikipedia through the email before requesting for deletion, but they said I couldnt upload the right version so, intead, thats what I should do - request for a deletion -, which clearly didnt work too. I even explained the reasons according to our law why the incorrect version cannot stay online. And its clearly stated on the description of the incorrect file by the author that the logo is an incorrect, "self-made", version of the official logo. If you look into Brazilian Chamber of Deputies website or any other official page, you can also see for yourself that there are clearly differences in the design between the file posted on wikipedia/wikimedia and the right one.

You can also check the Senate wikipedia https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ficheiro:Senado_Federal_do_Brasil.png that someone clearly did what I wanted to do for the Champer of Deputies logo, but which I couldn't. Is there any way I can upload a recent version of the Champer of Deputies logo? It brings us many headaches to have the wrong one being used on a largely website such as wikipedia. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vinicius.Inoue (talk • contribs) 19:53, 10 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
