Logo för svwiki

Hej Väsk! Du verkar ha skapat den svenska Wikipedia-logotypen. Men vilken font används egentligen? Ser den inte lite fel ut? I den äldsta versionen där stor bokstav användes (Den Fria Encyklopedin, 1 aug 2005) ser fonten mer ut som den engelska/tyska/franska logotypen, än i den senare (16 aug 2005). Kan du hjälpa mig med frågan om Logotyp för tröjtryck m.m.? --LA2 22:13, 18 July 2007 (UTC)

Det var inte jag som skapade den nya logotypen utan User:Jon Harald Søby, jag laddade bara upp den på Commons. Anledningen till att svenska Wikipedia har fel typsnitt var helt enkelt att ingen hade det typsnitt som används på originallogotypen (att köpa det separat skulle kosta ungefär 100 dollar) och att versaleringen ansågs viktigare än att vi använda rätt typsnitt. De typsnitt som ska användas är "Hoefler Text Roman Small Caps" (för WikipediA) och "Hoefler Text Italic" (för slogan). Vilket typsnitt Jhs använde vet jag inte, men det spelar ingen roll eftersom det ändå är fel typsnitt. Du kan läsa mer på sv:Wikipedia:Logotyp samt åtföljande diskussionssida. Missvisande bilder - vad göra?

Det finns några bilder där fotografen uppenbarligen trodde sig fotografera tallträ (Pinus Sylvestris, tyska: Kiefer), men det gjorde han inte. Vad för slags trä han fotograferade är det nog ingen som vet. Dessa borde inte heta något med "Pinus Sylvestris" eller "Kiefer", men vad ska man göra med dem? Föreslå att de tas bort? Byta namn? Jag har skrivit i diskussionen i den första av bilderna. Image:Pinus sylvestris wood.jpg, Image:Pinus sylvestris wood1a.jpg, Image:Holz Kiefer1.jpg. Hoppas du kan hjälpa till, eftersom jag tycker det är trist om dessa bilder ligger och förvillar folk i onödan. Tack! Taxelson 13:14, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

Efter lite letande har jag hittat mallen Template:Rename image vilken uppmärksammar administratörer på att bilden bör få ett nytt namn (exempel). Ett mer framfusigt sätt vore att helt enkelt ladda upp bilden igen med rätt namn och märka den första bilden som en redundant kopia (Template:Duplicate). Wikimedia saknar för närvarande en funktion för att enkelt byta namn på bilder, vilket kanske är en av våra större buggar. Väsk 14:13, 13 August 2007 (UTC)
Du kan också lägga bilden i en underkategori till Category:Unidentified subjects så kan folk med mer kunskap kanske hjälpa till att identifiera trädet. Väsk 14:15, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

moderna altartavlor?

Lade upp några bilder på Category:Järna kyrka. Sedan slog det mig att dessa moderna altartavlor kanske inte är fria, eller? Men det är ju svårt att avbilda kyrkan utan att få med dessa. Vad gäller? Vet du? Category:Kastlösa kyrka och Category:Linköpings domkyrka har med motsvarande bilder, så det är kanske ok. Taxelson 16:36, 19 September 2007 (UTC)

Jag har åtställt bilden. Enl. http://www6.goteborg.se/grafiskform/index2.htm så är huvudet vänt åt vänster. Se även http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/G%C3%B6teborgs_stadsvapen .
I mån av tid kommer jag att vända på huvudet på den större bilden, men det är en del arbete i det så jag får vänta. Tills dess föreslår jag att den korrekta bilden ska visas.

Of the tools I've added, I rarely use any other than HotCat. I haven't looked into the other tools. If HotCat is working, there should appear some plus and minus signs in the category field (at the bottom of the page). You add a category by clicking (+) and typing in the name of the category you want to add. You can alter a category by clicking (±) and remove it by clicking (-). Väsk 21:00, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

Ja, jag hade ursprungligen tänkt göra kartor för alla stadsdelarna. Dock är det så att jag använder OpenStreetMap som källa för kartorna, och där finns ännu en del arbete att göra på de andra stadsdelarna. Men jag ska nog ladda upp några stadsdelar till snart. Under tiden kan jag hänvisa Image:Karta över Lund - stadsdelar.svg som åtminstone visar gränserna för de olika stadsdelarna. Väsk 12:23, 10 May 2008 (UTC)

deprecated function in your monobook.js

Dear user, I noticed that you use the includePage function in your monobook.js page.

This function is now obsolete, as the importScript function was introduced with rev:35064 to the MediaWiki Javascript core library wikibits.js. It also keeps track of already imported files.

To allow us to remove includePage from Mediawiki:Common.js I'd kindly ask you to replace its use with importScript (same syntax!). Thanks! --Dschwen 17:03, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
