Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

This file is a copyright violation for the following reason: The file is a CCTV footage during the Kenyan Westgate shooting, which is hosted on TV2 AS website. The website stated that "Materialet på nettstedet er omfattet av åndsverklovens bestemmelser. Uten avtale med TV 2 AS (utgiver) og/eller med annen klareringsordning (Kopinor www.kopinor.no eller Norwaco www.norwaco.no), er enhver lagring, eksemplarfremstilling og tilgjengeliggjøring (herunder visning) bare tillatt når det er hjemlet i lov (til privat bruk, sitat og lignende).", which means "The material on the website is covered by copyright law. Without agreement with TV 2 AS (publisher) and / or with other clearance scheme (Kopinor www.kopinor.no or Norwaco www.norwaco.no), any storage, copy production and making available (including display) is only permitted when permitted by law (for private use, quotation and the like).". The file is therefore copyrighted and unfree. Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
