I really didn't know this but according to the usability initiative and commons policies, the File:Wikipedia-logo-v2-it.png from the V2 operation, shouldn't be changed. there is an other solution; you could change the wikipedia logo with some codice in your it:Mediawiki:common.css :

Lo faccio perché c'è un vincolo sulla carta d'identità per la visita che va "processato" adesso quindi mi sento più sicuro a informare tutti i potenziali utenti in tempo. Al limite poi prepareremo anche un'attività bis (tipo un giro fotografico della città) per chi si aggrega più verso l'ultimo minuto. Nel caso tu fossi libero e a Pisa in quel week end. File da cancellare[edit]

Evitiamo di fare polemica in una pagina di servizio, sopratutto su dettagli inutili. L'autorizzazione è stata chiaramente rifiutata, in italiano ed una nota lasciata in inglese per evitare dubbi ad agenti OTRS futuri. Non ci sono dubbi a riguardo. Forse c'è stata un quiproquo, anche perché probabilmente ad un certo punto è stato scritto un messaggio nella pagina di progetto (non ho cercato però). Su it.wiki questi file sarebbero cancellati in immediata per copyviol perché il sito non ha mai dato l'autorizzazione (o comunque non ci è mai pervenuta). È anche possibile che la risposta di OTRS sia finita nello spam e l'utente che ha inviato la prima mail non ha visto la risposta che gli negava l'uso dei file (e gli chiedeva maggiori informazioni).

La soluzione migliore è di contattare il sito e di chiedere loro di apporre la licenza CC by-sa 2.0 (o successiva) da qualche parte, oppure di darci il permesso di pubblicare i file, usando un modello standard (che trovi qui)--Ruthven (msg) 11:13, 31 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

No, ti sbagli. L'utente OTRS che ha trattato il ticket è un esperto utente italiano ed ha segnalato chiaramente nel 2007 che l'autorizzazione non era valida. Come mai i file siano stati caricati senza permessi sufficienti, è tutto da scoprire. --Ruthven (msg) 11:50, 31 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Su OTRS il ticket è archiviato come non accettato e una nota ne spiega il perché (grosso modo per gli stessi motivi della pagina di servizio). Una mail richiedente chiarimenti sull'autorizzazione è stata anche inviata, ma non ha mai avuto risposta, il che rende l'autorizzazione ancora più dubbia. Evidentemente il messaggio al progetto è stato scritto appena ricevuta la mail, ma poi gli utenti non sono stati avvertiti che l'autorizzazione non era valida. --Ruthven (msg) 12:11, 31 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, Il ticket è lo stesso (datato 2007), ma, come detto prima, è in una forma in cui la mail non è verificabile. Ma anche assumendo che sia valido, la licenza indicata è CC by-nc-nd 2.0, che non è accettata su Commons perché non libera (vorrei notare che il caricamento su Commons con licenza diversa e OTRS non autorizzato è quanto meno fraudolento; si sono bloccate utenze proprio per questo stesso motivo di license-washing). Inoltre i file non riempiono i criteri per l'EDP, quindi non vedo proprio perché sono stati caricati su it.wiki. --Ruthven (msg) 12:33, 31 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hai ragione, nella mail è scritto che rinuncia alle clausole "non commerciale" e "non derivativa" relative alle sue immagini utilizzate su Wikipedia. Il problema è che ciò non vuole dire nulla in termini di licenza, sopratutto se non si sa quale fosse la licenza di origine. Il problema è sicuramente quel messaggio nella pagina di progetto, sono d'accordo, ma forse all'epoca era tutto molto più un "fai-da-te", quando queste procedure dovrebbero essere molto rigorose (stiamo parlando di un contratto, in fondo). Un'altra soluzione rapida ci sarebbe: chiedere all'utente di cambiare la licenza da "Tutti diritti riservati" ad una libera su https://www.flickr.com/photos/photorailcom/. Il fatto che usi "Tutti diritti riservati" indica comunque una certa volontà di non distribuire le sua immagini (ma questa è un'illaizone mia, che lascia il tempo che trova). Se non è stato fatto, posso anche provare a contattare il gestore del sito direttamente e vedere che succede. --Ruthven (msg) 13:22, 31 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Un altro problema è che potrebbe non avere l'autorizzazione per tutte le immagini sul sito. Sono elencati diversi autori (es: http://www.photorail.com/oldies/photorail_oldies_.htm) e servirebbe l'autorizzazione di ognuno di essi, a meno che, caricando le foto, non abbiano acconsentito ad una licenza o dato i diritti di riproduzione (un po' come da noi). Cancellazione immagini di photorail.com[edit]

Ciao e grazie del messaggio,
i caricamenti di quelle foto risalgono a molti anni fa, visto che in seguito mi pare di ricordare che qualcuno avesse avanzato dei dubbi sulla correttezza della licenza. Visto questo problema, e visto che su photorail venne aggiunto un watermark a TUTTE le foto, decisi di astenermi dal caricare ulteriori immagini.

Come procedere? Scrivere immediatamente a photorail chiedendo di precisare meglio l'autorizzazione all'uso delle foto; e i cancellatori potrebbero usare il buon senso e attendere la risposta e il chiarimento della situazione prima di iniziare con le cancellazioni a tappeto.

Sì, ho letto. Personalmente non approvo le scorciatoie del PD-Italia o simili. Purtroppo se l'autore delle foto non ne vuole concedere l'uso, mi sembra giusto rispettare la sua volontà.

Tuttavia non capisco perché avrebbe ritirato l'autorizzazione: fin dall'inizio doveva essere chiaro che licenza libera significa anche che chiunque può modificare le immagini o addirittura lucrarci sopra. Quando ho richiesto ad alcuni utenti di Flickr il permesso di utilizzare le loro immagini, ho sempre specificato chiaramente questi aspetti.--Arbalete (talk) 15:03, 3 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
