Categorieën LocHal en Locomotiefhal (Tilburg)[edit]

Beste Trijnstel,

Afgelopen donderdag (6 juni 2019) was ik in Tilburg bij het Wikicafé. Daar kwam ter sprake dat er dubbele Commons-categorieën bestaan over de locatie, de LocHal, te weten Category:LocHal en Category:Locomotiefhal (Tilburg). Die zouden samengevoegd moeten worden, maar voordat ik daarmee aan de slag ga wil ik met je overleggen over wat de beste categorienaam is. Mij lijkt Category:LocHal de juiste, zo heet het gebouw nu en mij werd verzekerd dat wie een Tilburger naar de Locomotiefhal vraagt waarschijnlijk geen zinnig antwoord krijgt. Bovendien lijkt me de disambiguïsatie onnodig.

Wat zijn jouw ideeën?

@Magere Hein: Ik ben het met je eens dat LocalHal de juiste naam lijkt te zijn. Eventueel zou je Category:Locomotiefhal (Tilburg) en Category:LocHal Tilburg nog kunnen laten doorverwijzen naar "LocHal". Trijnsteltalk 22:36, 10 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Dick Willebrandts upload[edit]

Goedemorgen, ik las uw bericht m.b.t. een foto van Dick Willebrandts. Ik heb deze aankondiging/advertentie gevonden via Delpher, link https://www.delpher.nl/nl/kranten/view?query=%28Nelly+verschuur%29&page=1&cql%5B%5D=%28date+_gte_+%2201-06-1943%22%29&cql%5B%5D=%28date+_lte_+%2207-06-1943%22%29&coll=ddd&redirect=true&identifier=KBNRC01:000043200:mpeg21:a0060&resultsidentifier=KBNRC01:000043200:mpeg21:a0060 . We hebben zelf de foto gemaakt via onze ipad pro en deze foto kwalitatief verbeterd via Adobe Photoshop en ook een uitsnede gemaakt. Deze foto’s hebben we geupload. We dachten dat we de juiste copyright informatie hadden verstrekt. We hebben niet zoveel ervaring met uploaden en dachten dat we dit niet als eigen werk mochten plaatsen. We gingen er wel van uit dat de periode van copyright na meer dan 75 jaar zou zijn verlopen. Ik zou uw hulp bijzonder op prijs stellen. Hans Mossel foto toevoegen[edit]

Ik heb een nieuwe pagina op Wikipedia aangemaakt over de saxofonist Hans Mossel (1905-1944). Ik wilde ook graag een foto toevoegen van Hans Mossel en we vonden er een via het Joods Monument. Deze foto zou vrijgegeven zijn om te delen. Zie Joods Monument (https://www.joodsmonument.nl/nl/page/344009/henri-emile-hans-mossel ). Vrij om te delen via “naamsvermelding-NietCommercieel 4.0 Internationaal (CC BY-NC 4.0). Bij mijn poging om de foto te plaatsen op Wikicommons liep ik tegen problemen aan en ik heb te weinig ervaring om deze problemen op te lossen. Als ik op het icoon (cirkel met een mannetje erin) bij de foto druk, dan kom ik op deze site: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/deed.nl . template:Information[edit]

Trijnstel, I think the current version of {{Information}} template solved the issue you were trying to fix in your November 15 edits. That issue was discussed at Template_talk:Information and we already devised solution in out sandbox version of the template. That is why we ask developers (on top of the page) to discuss first and test in a sandbox all changes to the template. The tech guys at WMF like to keep edits to templates transcluded at 51M pages to minimum as each edit causes temporary site performance issues. --Jarekt (talk) 04:36, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
