is somebody is monetarizing your efforts?[edit]

hi Tom-L

as long as you are not csp_yuiyui, it looks like somebody is monetarizing your efforts, against the CC-BY-SA-3.0 cf. [1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by The.unexpected.bob (talk • contribs) 18:23, 14 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@The.unexpected.bob: I see some long-deleted revisions among the artwork uploaded by that person, so it must have been going on for a while now. This stuff is sadly rampant. I’ve even seen professional designers creative derivatives of my work without any attribution. Doing something against this would be like trying to empty the ocean with a thimble, I’m afraid. Thank you for letting me know, though. I’ll make not of it with the appropriate template. Tom-L (talk) 18:38, 14 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Tom, I noticed in the Institute of Christ the King drawing of Canons you made for the article that the middle/center Canon is incorrect. It should be a black cincture. 2601:646:8F00:CA03:4884:69B9:4809:398B 05:22, 9 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect buttons on the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest cassocks and missing piping[edit]

Hello. Only the Prior General, currently Mgr Wach, wears blue buttons with blue trim on the black cassock. Someone named a Chaplain of His Holiness (currently only Mgr R. Michael Schmitz) would wear the usual cassock of that rank with the violet trim, but none of the superiors or canons otherwise have trim or buttons of any color other than black on their cassocks. On the other hand, the superiors have blue trim on their birettas, like on that of the American provincial, currently Canon Talarico.

Thanks for correcting image in the first place. It's already much better than before. --Johnnygoesmarchinghome (talk) 19:50, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Lusignan coat of arms[edit]

Hi Tom-L I noticed that the Lusignan family have coat of arms that are not of excellent quality and certainly less beautiful than those you are capable of doing. could you make them more beautiful, as they usually come to you?

Of this you should, if you can of course, also make a version with the cardinal insignia for Hugues and Lancelot de Lusignan — Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.20.20.244 (talk) 14:55, 23 October 2020 (UTC) thank you[reply]

when you read this message could you let me know? I just need to write to me below that you have read it. thank you — Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.20.20.244 (talk) 15:52, 26 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Italian coa[edit]

hi Tom-L, I wanted to ask you a favor, would you like to take a look at the coats of arms of some Italian noble families that you find in the link below? A thousand thanks

Vestment Illustrations[edit]

Hi Tom-L

I don't know if you are still actively checking your talk page, but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate illustrations of Western Christian vestments. I have used them in my courses on liturgy and in Christian art. That being said, I do have a favor to ask: would it be possible for you to create a set of Orthodox vestments using the same template? I have attempted to do this myself using your images as a base model, but I will admit that I have not been very successful. In general, I have found your work to be more aesthetically pleasing than other samples I have seen on Wikimedia, and I will admit that my brain just prefers uniformity in general. If this is a project that would be easy to do (or if you have some suggestions for how I might create my own images off your templates) please send me a message! Liturgical vestments[edit]

Hi Tom, I would like to congratulate on the quality of your work, especially for the images that you made about the liturgical vestments. Thanks a lot! The following pictures are the images I was referring to:

Lower vestments
Subdeacon
Deacon
Priest
Bishop
Pope
Upper vestments
Subdeacon
Deacon
Priest
Bishop
Pope

I have a request for you: in these images there are some vestments that are no more used by the Catholic clergy, such us the maniple, the crossed stole (for the priest), the falda and the fanon (for the pope), so I would like to ask if it was possible to recreate these images with these little modifications. You don't need to create the subdeacon vestments, because this figure doesn't exist anymore. Thank you for the patience, kind regards, Dulceridentem (talk) 16:21, 8 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
