Giuseppe, Salvatore Paladino (January 30, 1987) He was born in Amendolara is an Italian gastronome, cook teacherand a chilli pepper lover. He is involved as one of the central activists in the appreciation and promotion of Italy's gastronomic heritage. He teachs as temporary professor at Università degli studi di Parma and in a culinary school situated at Salsomaggiore Terme.


Background[edit]

Paladino is originally from the neighborhood of Alto Jonio cosentino Trebisacce. As a young man, he studied culinary arts, then gastronomics sciences at University of Parma. In the 2014 becoming teacher at IIS "A.Motti"- Reggio Emilia. He printed two books.
