Filmdeki onuncu yıl nutuku Türk milleti zekidir ile bitiyor ve hemen ardında Onuncu yıl marşı başlıyor. Original kayıtları aynı olabilir de doğrudan filmden alınmamıştır. Filmin kendisinin KM olup olmadığını bilmiyorum. SSCB'de hiç yayımlandı mı ? 1930lu yıllarda SSCB'de yayımlandıysa (bunu öğrenmeye çalışıyorum) KMdir ve tespit edebilirsem filmin başlangıcında yer alan İsmet'in konuşmasını alıp yükleyecem. Şöyle başlıyor hazır metin: "I hereby affirm that I Diyar Se or DIYAR DESIGN am the creator and/or sole owner of the exclusive copyright of bla bla bla". TPE'den gelen mesajın çevirisi ise şu şekilde yer almış: Logos and emblems of municipalities that you had mentioned cannot be protected by copyright but by trademark. In order to do that, the institution in question (municipality) should apply for it itself. When trademarked, whomever person or whichever institution completed that registration then they can have the monopoly rights on that particular logo or name. Ama o fotolar arkadaşımın izin verdiğini yazmasına rağmen commonsdan silindi [1] ve OTRS izin almam gerektiği bildirildi.
