Ha nem reagálsz a neked írt kérdésekre, ki leszel zárva

Hello. Februárban írtam neked a magyar Wikipédián, látom, hogy olvastad, de nem reagáltál rá. Itt nagyon sokan írtak neked a problémás felküldéseiddel, egyikre sem reagáltál.

Mivel évek óta nem reagálsz a neked írt visszajelzésekre, problémákra, és nem adsz magyarázatot arra, hogy miért töltesz fel jogsértő anyagokat, valamint ezeket a feltöltéseket azóta is folyamatosan csinálod, így ezzel a 2 hetes blokkal szeretnélek nyomatékosan arra kérni, hogy kommunikálj a többiekkel, vagy hagyd abba a képek feltöltését. Amennyiben továbbra sem reagálsz a hozzád intézett kérdésekre és tovább folytatod a szabályoknak nem megfelelő képek felküldését akkor végleg kitiltásra kerülhetsz.

@Hungarikusz Firkász: Én eddig azt láttam, hogy olyan borítókat küldött fel, aminek a szerzője 1953-ban, tehát pont 70 éve halt meg. Itt mindössze annyi tévedést látok, hogy nem vette figyelembe (vagy nem ismeri a szerzői jogi szabályozás minden részletét, ami azért életszerű) hogy a védelmi idő lejárata a szerző halálát követő év első napjától számítandó (Szjt. 31. §), tehát ezek a borítók 1954 január 1 + 70 év, vagyis 2024. január 1-jén veszítik el védettségüket.

Sajnos az, hogy nem kommunikál nehezíti a dolgot; én azt javaslom, hogy itt is kövessük a 3 strike intézményét, és a 3. figyelmen kívül hagyott figyelmeztetés után kerüljön blokkolásra (praktikusan fél évre, amikor lejár a védettség).

Amúgy érdemes a képeket felírni, és január elsején visszaállítani; ha valaki emlékeztet, akkor megcsinálom. --grin ✎ 08:16, 17 July 2023 (UTC)

Válaszolni, visszaírni nem szokásod, de hátha olvasni olvasol, és okulsz belőle: egy könyv borítójának az esetek túlnyomó részében nem a könyv szerzője a szerzője, tehát nem ő készíti/készítette a borítót, ezért hibásan jelölöd meg a 70 évnél régebben elhunyt írókat szerzőként, mert nem azok, kivéve persze ha ez szerepel a műben. Több borítót ne töltsél fel ilyen szerzői megjelöléssel. Gyanítom, hogy a következő blokkod hosszabb lesz, és a végén egy végtelen blokkal fejeződik majd be a pályafutásod. 1953-ban elhunyt szerző

A szerzői jogi védettség a szerző halálát követő év első napjától kezdve 70 évig tart, vagyis az 1953-ban elhunyt szerző művére vonatkozó védelmi idő 1954. január 1-jén indul és 2023. december 31-ig tart. Az általad felküldött képeket leghamarabb 2024. január 1-jén lehet felküldeni. Kérlek, ezt vedd figyelembe, mert különben megint korlátozás alá fogsz kerülni. Tisztelt Hunharikusz Firkász!

Ezuton szeretném kérni, hogy a feltöltött képet kérem töröljék, ugyanis, mikor feltöltöttem, még nem tudtam elhelyezni a filmkocka licencet a kép adatlapjára, most viszont rájöttem, hogyan kell úgy feltölteni a képet, hogy el is tudjam helyezni a filmkockát engedélyező licencet.

Örülök, hogy mostanra már megtanultad, hogyan kell válaszolni az üzenetekre! Most már csak azt kéne megértsed, hogy egy könyvborítónak nem feltétlenül, sőt igencsak kicsi eshetőséggel a könyv szerzője a szerzője. Ne jelölgesd meg a szöveg szerzőjét a borító szerzőjeként. Pl. Rejtő Jenő nem szerzője az általa írt könyvek borítóinak, stb. Hungarikusz Firkász (talk) 05:56, 10 September 2023 (UTC)
