You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Hello!. You should always try to categorize your uploaded media in a more accurate category. In this case Category:Heart logos. After uploading, you can exchange new files at the link here. However, it is possible that other wikis have their own rules for exchanging photos. Be especially careful with pages beginning with "Wikipedia:" and "User:" on en.wikipedia.org and "Wikiproyecto:" on es.wikipedia.org. • Use the CommonsDelinker link in the {{Rename}} template to order a bot to replace all ocurrences of the old title with the new one. Or, if there was no rename-request, please use the Move & Replace-tab.
• Please leave a redirect behind unless you have a valid reason not to do so. Other projects, including those using InstantCommons, might be using the file even though they don't show up in the global usage. Deleting the redirects would break their file references. Unlisted CC-BY video

Hi, I'm Dare2Leap. I noticed that you removed my videos for "not being free". But, the video was actually CC-BY licensed (proof: https://web.archive.org/web/20210109122245/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvm2x4H5ug0&feature=youtu.be). The archive is obscured by a box; remove it via developer tools or adblock or let me send a picture of the proof to you.

How do I tag my Flickr account?

Franklin Rainier is my Flickr account, and I may have multiple Flickr accounts in the future. On the one hand, I am currently in mainland China, and on the other hand, a Flickr account can only upload 1,000 pictures or videos. Fumikas Sagisavas (talk) 07:29, 6 June 2023 (UTC)

Hello I noticed the message you left on my talk page. "This file is a copyright violation for the following reason: Source video is not YouTube CC-BY."

The image IS a screenshot from a YouTube video. Can you kindly tell me how to label the copyright info properly to indicate that it is a Source video for YouTube CC-BY to avoid a similar issue. Best regards. Fox Guardian (talk) 08:07, 5 January 2024 (UTC)

Deletions

Hello.
I've always thought that TEDx talks material is eligible for Wikimedia Commonsy.
Most of the files you've marked for deletion are from TEDx talks.. What is the exact problem?
Please, bear in mind that much effort was poured into finding, processing and uploading these pictures with all data required.

Three deletion images under Category:Ma Ying-jeou visit to mainland China, 2024

Hi, I received notices about three images under Category:Ma Ying-jeou visit to mainland China, 2024 due to these images' sources is not YouTube CC-BY. Here is my correction statement.

Chinese News Service Channel (中国新闻社) has many videos included YouTube CC-BY licenses, but some videos not included (for example, reposted from CCTV). I don't know the channel's editor have forgotten add-on CC-BY licenses probably, but when I presumed these images have licenses when I uploaded. I am so apologize for my mistake, although I have more than 10 years in Commons. I won't make any mistakes again in the future.

Discuss the five photo files requested to be deleted under Category:Chae Hyung-won in 2023

My result of reconsideration is to keep the tag. {{Marie Claire Korea}} is simply a shortcut for YouTube CC-BY. That template does not indicate any special permissions, so if the original video is not YouTube CC-BY, it is subject to deletion. Syunsyunminmin (talk) 14:13, 27 April 2024 (UTC)
